During these unprecedented circumstances with COVID-19 we are following local, state and federal guidelines to keep you and your family healthy.

Here are the procedures and policies we have in place to ensure the safety of your family as well as ours:

  • Minimizing direct contact with customers
    • To perform our duties, we will need clear access to the attic or crawl space to service the indoor equipment. Any items that may block our access we ask if you would please have them removed prior to our visit.
    • All transactions will be electronic through our system and cash will not be accepted. Checks will be the preferred form of payment and we do accept credit card payments.
    • Our employees will keep the minimum 6’ social distancing requirements and we ask you to do the same.
    • Our employees will not touch anything that is not necessary to perform the maintenance and servicing of your equipment.
      • We may ask you to operate the thermostat for us, to minimize touching of surfaces in your home.
    • We will not ask you to sign anything, all estimates can be approved via email or verbally.
  • What are we doing for protection?
    • Disinfectant will be used to sanitize the surfaces of our trucks and tools.
    • The use of shoe protectors on every call.
    • The use of masks while inside your home.
    • We are only using suppliers that are following strict CDC guidelines to purchase supplies, parts and equipment.
    • Our employees are instructed to stay home if they are running a fever or experiencing symptoms and must be tested negative to return to work.
    • Our offices are sanitized regularly.
    • Air Current AC and Heat, LLC is monitoring all the incoming information about COVID-19. We understand that these are tough times for everyone and are taking further steps to reassure our customers that we are listening to the CDC and following their protocols to keep everyone safe.
