Stan has good pre-service communication. He was punctual. He came with two workers, and all three were friendly and very competent.
While much of the HVAC business looks to take advantage of customers’ ignorance by suggesting superfluous services and outrageous pricing, Stan is a welcome exception in Houston. He answered all of my questions and remained at my disposal for further questions after the job was done.

It was very refreshing that he told me exactly what was wrong and quoted me to fix that issue and not try to up sell for what I didn’t need. He fixed the a/c and checked all of the other components to make sure they weren’t effected. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

even talked about an estimate. It was still under warranty.
